The L Talent final was hosted by the same team that bring you MINT and CODE in London. The event was held on board the HMS President September 2011. 

 

 

 

 Neon Choir:

 

    

 

 Neon Choir's latest London performance was at Cargo in Old Street. A band I have previously photographed in London and at a Summer Festival this band bring their energy to the stage.

 

 

 

Nouveau Contour:

 

 

 

Nouveau Contour, a recently formed permanent cosmetic artist group concentrating on semi-permanent and permanent makeup. 

 

 

 

MaGrass live at The Enterprise, August 2011:

 

 

 

 

 MaGrass performed live in The Enterprise, Chalk Farm. MaGrass is a powerful ensemble which delivers a groovy funky music. Beats from the 70's era of Funk music made their way.

 

 

 

The L Fest 2011:

 

 

 

 

2011 was the first year for The L Fest, held in Shrewsbury. Helped along by some incredible weather the weekend was a complete success and 2012 is set to be equally as good if not better! The L Fest will be taking place on the 13th - 16th July 2012

 

 

 

The GO.GO Festival 2011:

 

 

 

 

The GO.GO Festival 2011, in it's second year, was a total success. A weekend of music, comedy and entertainment, Europe's biggest open air women's festival. 2012 date is already confirmed as 22nd to 25th June 2012.....

 

 

Aneesa Chaudhry:

 

 

 

On the 9th June Aneesa sang live at the Alleycat (Denmark Street). Her voice was capturing, a beautiful depth to it and a pleasure to listen to

 

 

MIRI:

 

 

 

Miri's new album is due for release shortly, photos were taken around London for the promotion and the sleeve artwork itself. Hopefully this reflects Miri's amazing personality and does her voice justice.

 

 

Hannah Harris:

 

 

 

Hannah Harris, an independent song writer and singer wanted a collection of photos for her new website. We wanted to go for the natural but fun look which reflects both herself and her music, a morning spent in a local antique shop, playing with props and trying to think up quirky image ideas and the results can be seen here

 

Bee Ororo and her Quartet:

 

 


Bee and her quartet performed for a one night performance in The Alleycat. A lovely night of very energetic jazz was enjoyed.

 

 

WOW Boat Party:

 

 

 

WOW - Women on Women Boat Party was held along the River Thames and was a complete success. 

 

 

Space Fight:

 

 

 

 

Space Fight As part of their UK tour in May 2011 I was asked to take a number of shots for the band to be used for publicity and on their website. Other acts on the lineup included Airship and Ra Ra Riot. Photos from the gig can be seen here
